Green Eyed Sparkle
Colored pencil sketch of my youngest boy. It was such a joy to sit and make art on this day in 2022. My husband sent me and my weary bones on a two day retreat to a safari lodge near our workplace in Zambia. I slept in a well appointed tent looking out at lake Itezhi Tezhi during the cold season. All my delicious food was prepared for me by the lodge staff. There was a spare table below a north-facing window where I could sit and draw and paint to my heart's content.
